大トロ

Otoro Nigiri

The crown of the sushi counter. Melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna belly, sliced thick and laid over warm hand-pressed koshihikari rice seasoned with our house red vinegar. A single brush of nikiri soy finishes it — nothing more is needed.
